All orders placed Sunday by noon (12:00 pm PST) will ship out Tuesday or Wednesday at our discretion. If your order is placed after 12:00 pm Sunday we will ship it out the following Tuesday or Wednesday. We use USPS Priority mail.
To get our live arrival guarantee you have to specify you want your order to be held at the post office if temperatures are below 40°F or above 85°F. If not asked to be held at the post office the live arrival guarantee is void.
A full replacement for indicated dead arrivals will be issued upon receipt of notice from the customer. Notification must be issued within 1 hour of receipt. Cost of shipping for replacements will be covered by us.
