All orders placed Sunday by noon (12:00 pm PST) will ship out Tuesday or Wednesday at our discretion. If your order is placed after 12:00 pm Sunday we will ship it out the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
To get our live arrival guarantee you have to specify you want your order to be held at the post office or shipping hub if temperatures are below 40°F or above 85°F. If not asked to be held at the post office or hub the live arrival guarantee is void.
If all requirements are met a full replacement for indicated dead arrivals will be issued upon receiving notice from the customer. Notification must be issued within 1 hour of receiving dead arrivals. Cost of shipping for replacements will be covered by us.
Isopods

All isopods orders placed will be packed as ordered and are not prepacked to insure fresh and healthy isopods but may take longer to get your order out. So please be patient we will do our best to be quick as possible.
